Flexible bookings. Travel credits. No stress.
We understand that plans can change. Whatever the reason, your money is never lost — it is converted into a Travel Credit (a commercial voucher, not a cash refund), valid 18 months for any TTG service. The credit amount depends on how much notice you give: the earlier you inform us, the more credit you receive.

✅ All payments are held as Travel Credit — no cash refunds under any circumstances.
ℹ️ The Travel Credit equals the amount you have already paid (deposit or full payment). Any outstanding balance is automatically cancelled — you will not be charged anything extra.
🎟️ What is a Travel Credit?
- 🎟️ A commercial voucher, not a cash refund
- 📅 Valid for 18 months from date of issue
- ✈️ Applies to any TTG service: excursion, activity, or tour
- 🔒 Transferable to another person upon written request · cannot be exchanged for cash
- 📞 To redeem: contact us 48h before your new booking
- ⏳ Expires automatically after 18 months, cannot be extended
✋ If WE Cancel
In exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, force majeure), we will first propose an alternative date. If refused, we issue a 100% Travel Credit.
📅 Date Changes
Free date changes up to 72 hours before departure (subject to availability). Within 72 hours, cancellation policy applies.
