We offer excursions and tours throughout Tunisia, mainly departing from Djerba where we are based, as well as from Tunis and its surroundings.

These general conditions apply to all our activities, excursions, and Tours.

For Activities

Procedure

1.1 Our agency provides round-trip transportation from your hotel in Djerba to the activity location.

2.1 The person accompanying you during the activities may not speak your language perfectly. They are there to show you the paths, techniques, routes, and to ensure your safety. They will make themselves understood but are not required to have perfect proficiency in your language. This mainly concerns activities such as horseback riding, camel riding, quad biking, buggy, jet skiing, parachuting, etc.

Cancellation and Refund

1.1 Each activity reserved by a client represents a financial and moral commitment on our part with other service providers (preparing a vehicle, contacting a driver and a guide approved by the Tunisian Tourism Office). All these preparations incur costs, even in case of cancellation on your part. Therefore:

If you completely cancel your trip for any reason, Tunisia Travel Guide will refund you in full and with pleasure. However, if you cancel your outing without a valid reason or because you found a cheaper option, Tunisia Travel Guide will deduct 50% of the amount paid. This applies to activities with prices ranging from 10€ to 50€.
1.2 Our activities can be canceled due to weather conditions or force majeure. In such cases, they will be postponed to the next day (or the day after) under the same conditions as the initial activities. Otherwise, you will be refunded 100%.

1.3 Some activities require a minimum number of participants to take place. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the activity and refund you if you do not agree to replace the initial activity with another.

Pricing

.1 Adults: Adults pay 100%.

2.2 Children (under 10 years): Children under 10 years old receive a 50% discount if accompanied by two adults.

2.3 Babies (0-1.99 years): Free.

For Excursions

Minimum Number of Participants

3.1 To book our excursions, at least two people are required. However, for the excursion to take place, a minimum of four participants is required. Thus, even if you book for two, you will be grouped with other participants in the same vehicle. This will not affect your accommodation, only the transport. If the number of four participants is not reached and you do not agree to pay a supplement, our agency reserves the right to postpone or cancel the excursion.

Pricing for Children
4.1 Children, regardless of their age, pay the same fare as adults because they occupy a full seat in the vehicle. This is due to regulations that require us to count each child as a full passenger. Even babies must have their own seat for safety reasons, in accordance with legal requirements.

Cancellation by the Client

5.1 One-day excursions: Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before departure.

5.2 Two-day excursions: Cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before departure.

5.3 Excursions of three days or more: All confirmations are final as we must pay our partners (accommodations, guides, restaurants, etc.).

Payment

6.1 Payment is made via our secure online payment system. Please ensure that you provide the necessary payment information securely.

6.2 You have the option to pay the full amount or a 30% deposit.

7.2 If you completely cancel your trip for any reason, Tunisia Travel Guide will refund you in full and with pleasure. However, if you cancel a one- or two-day excursion within the defined deadlines in this document, Tunisia Travel Guide will deduct 30% of the amount paid. Therefore, if you chose to pay only 30% at the time of booking, you will not recover anything.

7.3 Excursions of more than two days will not be refunded at all.

8. Modifications by the Agency:

8.1 Our agency reserves the right to modify the dates of activities or excursions in case of adverse weather conditions or force majeure. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible and offer alternatives if necessary.
