Program

Day 1: Welcome and Relaxation

Meet and greet at the airport by the team.
Private transfer to your 4-star hotel in Djerba.
Depending on your arrival time, there is the possibility to organize a meeting at the hotel or engage in team-building activities, with options such as beach volleyball, collaborative indoor games, or beachside activities.
Free time to enjoy the hotel amenities (pool, spa, private beach) or explore the surroundings at your own pace and discover the beauty of Djerba.
In the evening, a refined dinner at the hotel restaurant, featuring local and international cuisine.

Day 2: Heading to Ksar Ghilane and First Explorations

Start the adventure with a journey through the fascinating landscapes of southern Tunisia, with stops to admire the dunes and discover the desert ecosystem.
Upon arrival at Ksar Ghilane, take a relaxing swim in the natural hot spring, perfect for a first immersion and a moment of conviviality.
Enjoy a quad rally in the dunes to the Tizavar fort where participants collaborate to face team challenges: treasure hunt, puzzle solving, and collecting clues to reach a common goal.
In the evening, enjoy a festive dinner around the campfire with interactive activities, collaborative stories, and games such as “True or False” or the “Why… Because” game.
Listen to folk music and take part in an initiation to oriental dance to end the day on a joyful note. Overnight in tents, in an authentic and friendly atmosphere.

Day 3: Challenges and Cohesion in Nature

Start the day with a camelback hike, a special moment to admire a breathtaking sunrise over the dunes.
Back at camp, take part in collaborative games and team challenges such as archery to develop precision and concentration, sack races, and tug-of-war to encourage coordination and teamwork.
Take part in group workshops to collaboratively prepare a traditional meal, like sand bread, to strengthen group dynamics.
Depart for a wild camp in the heart of the desert, far from usual landmarks. Let yourself be guided through this sea of sand, walking alongside your camels or mounting them whenever you feel the need to rest. The goal: set up your camp in the middle of nowhere, in an entirely isolated setting, where only the desert surrounds you.
Take part in a tent setup contest, a fun and cooperative challenge, where each team will need to demonstrate organization, communication, and collaboration to set up their shelter in this extreme environment. Team spirit will truly be tested!
Take part in a survival challenge guided by expert camel drivers. Learn ancient survival techniques for the desert: how to light a fire, collect wood, and build a rudimentary shelter. An immersive and formative experience that strengthens solidarity and crisis management within your team.
As evening falls, treat yourself to a well-deserved break by gazing at an unparalleled sky. Admire the constellations in total darkness, a dazzling sight that promotes reflection and shared relaxation.
Overnight in traditional tents or under the stars, for an authentic and unique experience, in perfect harmony with the vastness of the desert.

Day 4: Collaboration and Shared Memories

Share a breakfast in the heart of nature, followed by a series of collective activities such as collaborative games in the sand, designed to stimulate cohesion and creativity.
By late morning, return to the Ksar Ghilane camp for free time for a swim in the hot spring and a final moment of relaxation.
Reflect on the lessons learned and the successes of the activities, with feedback sessions between participants.
Enjoy a closing brunch, a friendly moment to share the memories of the trip and thank the participants.
Transfer back to Djerba for an overnight stay in a 4-star hotel on a half-board basis.
